Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the Bullworker unit and any included accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
